I recently bought a GMC Terrain that I had been watching for a month or so. I dealt with their sales guy, Skender. He was very prompt with e-mail and answered any questions I had about the vehicle. I test drove the vehicle one day and found a few problems that he had fixed right away (brakes, alignment). After having those issues fixed, I came back and wanted to take it to a mechanic to have it thoroughly inspected before I bought it. They normally send one of their guys with you but they were busy so he allowed me to take the vehicle to the mechanic by myself. The car checked out so I went back and did the purchase paperwork with Skender. I left the lot shortly after, I went one way, my friend went the other. Ten minutes in and the newly purchased vehicle had broken down. I called Skender and instead of just saying "it's your problem now" Skender sent a team of people to help recover the vehicle and fix the problem. He even offered to give me my money back but I wanted the car. Only two days after fixing the problem, he had his guys deliver the vehicle to my house, 1.5 hours away. I personally had a great experience in dealing with Mega Auto, Skender, and his team. If you're looking for a great deal and damn good service, you found it!

I found a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L Plus with 4,100 miles for $5,000 to $6,000 less than Kelley Blue Book. After some research I discovered that the van was part of a accident, but still had a clean title. I emailed Skender, the salesman, for details and he responded promptly. He explained what they had replaced on the car and said it still had a factory warranty. He suggested I contact Chrysler and verify the warranty, which I did. My wife and I drove 2.5 hours to test drive the car. Skender pointed out the way to the highway and told us we should take the van out for a spin at highway speeds. As we were pulling out he noticed that the left headlight was damp. He said we will take care of that. After we got back from the test drive I pointed out one or two other things to look at. His boss sent someone over to pick up the van and take it back to the body shop. They had it back in 2 hours ready to leave. The paperwork was painless and we were on our way. The dealer provides a 6 month engine & transmission warranty with all their cars. I would recommend this dealer!

Just purchased a 2019 Grand Caravan and I couldn't be happier! Skender was professional, disclosed what damaged had been fixed on the van. Took for test drive, he encouraged us to take as long as we wanted and to drive it on the highway. I would not hesitate to recommend them for your next vehicle! Keep in mind, you must secure your own financing. From start to finish, we were very pleased. I love my new to me Caravan!
